Seriously you can bet every insurance company will use the Act of God clause to get out of paying, just as Enbridge will use that same “Act of God” clause to make the residents of British Columbia pay for both clean up and take the losses caused by pipeline breakage due to flood waters from unexpected snow melts and or heavy rains.
